Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication allows you to make your D·engage account more secure by requiring authentication beyond a simple username and password when logging in. Activating this feature will make two-factor authentication mandatory for all account users in your company. When enabled, in addition to entering a password, users will be required to enter a verification code sent to their email addresses when logging in to their D·engage account.
Before setting up two-factor authentication, ensure you have access to your account email address. Review your email address under Settings > My Profile.

Using Two-Factor Authentication

After you enable the two-factor authentication, login as you normally would, look for an email message and enter the 6-digit code that you have received.
One activated, you will always be required to use two-factor authentication to login to your account.
Deselect the checkbox to disable the two-factor authentication for your D·engage account.

Regaining access to my account after being locked out by Two-Factor Authentication

If you find that you've lost access to your account as a result of two-factor authentication, please reach out to the D·engage Support Team.

IP Restrictions

Use the IP Restrictions feature to restrict the IP addresses from which users can access your D·engage account. Once enabled, anyone trying to login from IP
addresses not found in the Whitelisted IP List will be denied access.
  1. Enable the IP Restrictions checkbox
  2. Enter the full IP addresses and subnets as CDIR ranges in a comma-separated list in the IP List section
  3. Click Save
