Tags: By clicking the “Next” option from the mapping page, you’ll be redirected to the “Tags” page (in the case of the “contacts” and “token” options).
From here, you can add tags to the audience by entering tags into the “Add these tags to audiences” option.
You can also remove the audience from certain tags by adding “tags” in the “Remove these tags from audiences” option.
To update the key-value tags, you can choose a value from the drop-down.
For example, you can add details in the “time” option in the key-value tag. The respective value will be added to the “audience” section once the import is completed.
Now click the “Start import” option to begin the import.
Once the import process has started the status will be changed to “Progress”.
The next status of import can be either “Completed’ or “Error” as shown below.
If the import has been completed the status will be changed to“Completed” and you can click on the record to view details of the import.
In case of incomplete import, the status will be changed to “Error”. To view the details of the error, click on the record.
Download the uploaded file, fix errors, and upload again to complete the import.
You can view completed imports on the log page.
Filter Import: You can filter the import by choosing values from the “Source, Upload By, and status” drop-down.
Hit Apply button to get filtered imports.
