Audience Insights
Here we can check the number of contacts that can be reached in each channel, the number of rejections, e-mail or mobile phone unsubscribes, as well as many other pieces of data.
All the data displays can be changed according to the desired date.
Below is a detailed description of the key tabs:
Contact
Contact shows the total number
of contacts, contacts with emails, bounce rate, unsubscribes rate, number of
contacts with mobile numbers, number of mobile unsubscribes.
Device
Device shows numbers of both
valid and invalid tokens, amount of anonymous tokens, amount of authenticated
tokens and also the tokens that can be reached.
Inspector
Here we can track multiple
tables or segments.
