Analytics Section

Dengage Analytics page on the dashboard provides metrics to track the performance of your channels, giving you an high-level understanding of your account. Below are the definitions of the key data tracked.

Channel Overview

Channel Overview is dedicated to follow all the channels that you are using inside the platform

1.   EMAIL

2.   SMS

3.   PUSH

E-mail

On the E-mail option we can see the Send, Average Open Rate and Average Click Rates, as well as distribution of those parameters across time.

 

SMS

On the SMS tab, we can see the Send and the Reach Rate.

The dashboard will also show you the comparison to past 30 days numbers.


PUSH

On the Push tab, we can see the Send, and the Average Open Rate for each app you have.

Similar to SMS tab, you will also see the comparison to past 30 days numbers.
