Face Lift

We have released quite a few things in this release. Description of these features are as follows: 

Campaign Analytics Graphic

  1. Campaign analytics graphics allow the user to see the delivered, engagements, and conversion details about the chosen campaign sent. Also, It can be used for one-time or recurring campaigns.
  2. Users can choose the graphics on a daily, weekly, and monthly breakdown as shown in the figure below.
  3. With the campaign analytics graphics, t is possible to see reports according to channels. Channels can be enabled or disabled. 


            
              

Facelift

Export Page

  1. Our export page screen has been changed as shown below.
             

  1.  Here you can see the exports with type, name, created on, created by, status, and counts details. All can be sorted by name and created date.

  2. You can filter the records by table type and status in a specific date range.
            

Recent Campaign 

  1. On the homepage, You'll see running, recent and scheduled campaigns.
  2. Running and scheduled campaigns tabs show the type, channels, status, and start date details.          
  3. In the recent campaigns tab, we can also see sent and delivered numbers. 

            
     

Campaign Overview

  1. The campaign overview page shows the running, scheduled, and completed campaigns.
  2. Campaigns can be filtered one-time and recurring. Campaigns can be shown in three different ways: Today, Last 7 Days, and Last 30 Days.
  3. Also, there is a card that shows all channels open and click numbers according to the selected date range.



Customized Unsubscribe Page

  1. With this development, our clients can customize their unsubscribe page for reasons. They can add or remove reasons as they want. We are providing other reasons options as well.
          


Note: On the master contact table we have email_status_reason and gsm_status_reason columns. When the clients use a customized unsubscribe page (after the activation) we automatically write reasons in those columns.
