One-time campaigns are one-time messages sent to a specified target audience, on the date and time selected.
Common use cases include:
One-time campaigns can include follow-up messages based on actions taken by the target audience. For example you can re-engage those who did not open your Email, SMS, or Push message by sending them a follow-up message on the same or different channel.
dEngage "Channel Sends" have been replaced with "Campaign". All single sends previously created in your account can be accessed from Campaign > One-Time Campaigns.

The following steps are required to create a one-time campaign:

Name | This field is where you will enter the name you want to give your campaign. The campaign name is not shared with your target audience. It is only displayed for people using the platform and in campaign reports. | MANDATORY |

Choosing a target audience for your campaign is mandatory step, and optionally you can select an exclusion audience and a control group to exclude contacts from the send. Click Calculate to view the size of your target audience.

Control Group | Select a Control Group to measure performance by not sending your campaign to the percentile of your target audience you determine. The percentage entered is randomly selected among your audience and you can compare the performance between the recipients and the non-recipients. OPTIONAL |
Contacts | Number of registered and known recipients. |
Anonymous (Devices) | Number of anonymous recipients identified by their device ID's. |
Drag and drop the Email node and double click to select a previously created email template.
Basic information such as From Name, Subject and Pre-Header are populated based on the template you choose. You will not be able to edit the Basic information. Google UTM Parameters and Hourly Capping can be configured from the Advanced Settings option
Setup a retargeting campaign within the campaign workflow. For example you can retarget your contacts based on their engagement or lack of engagement with the "Engagement Split" node.

dEngage allows you to view Campaign reports directly from the canvas. Select a campaign to get an overview of how many contacts are interacting with your campaign at different stages. In Report View, the appearance of each element changes to show the number of contacts that went through each stage of the automation campaign and Send Reports for each channel delivery. If there's no reporting available for a campaign Report View is not accessible.
You can also create a One-Time Campaign from a message template.
