One-Time Campaign

One-Time Campaign

One-time campaigns are one-time messages sent to a specified target audience, on the date and time selected.

Common use cases include:

  • One-time promotions
  • Events and announcements
  • Special offers
  • News and updates

One-time campaigns can include follow-up messages based on actions taken by the target audience. For example you can re-engage those who did not open your Email, SMS, or Push message by sending them a follow-up message on the same or different channel.

dEngage "Channel Sends" have been replaced with "Campaign". All single sends previously created in your account can be accessed from Campaign > One-Time Campaigns.
