Shortcuts (Create New +)

You can create a SMS campaign using different methods. One quick way is through the Shortcuts feature:

  1. On the platform's main page, look for the "+" icon in the upper-left corner, just below the Dengage logo.
  2. Click on the "+" icon, then select Campaign.
  3. From the options, choose SMS.
  4. After selecting SMS, you need to choose the campaign type:
    • One-time
    • Recurring
  5. Once you have made your selection, you will be directed to the New Campaign screen.
