New Look, New Navigation, SMS Link Shortening and Tracking, Interactive Segments New Filters

We are excited to announce a facelift to our platform with the implementation of our new branding and a new navigation menu.

Several new features including SMS Link Shortening and Tracking as well as new filters to Interactive Segments are now globally available.

New Look and New Navigation

We have implemented our new logo and colors to our platform! It's a completely new look for D·engage that we believe better matches the transformation we've made as a company and as a marketing automation technology.

The navigation has been re-positioned to the left side, for more vertical space. Stay tuned for more changes to the platform's UI/UX in the upcoming releases.

The menu items have been re-grouped by logical functionalities and sub-groups have also been added. Some items have been reorganized in the new navigation menu:

  • Test Lists previously found under Settings can now be accessed through Data Space > Audience > Test Lists
  • You can also access Audience Insights such as Contacts, Devices and Inspector through Analytics > Audience Insights

SMS Link Shortening and Tracking

Link shortening transforms any URL within your SMS messages by creating a shortened link with a D·engage domain and only 25 characters, while Link tracking allows brands to track the performance of their links within SMS messages.

D·engage now supports link shortening: and can convert URLs you provide in SMS messages to unique, 25-character links for each SMS message recipient in your audience. Shortened links save space in your messages, helping you interact with your audience and reducing the overall cost of SMS engagement.

D·engage makes it easy to shorten links:

  • Enable the link shortening option in the Content step for your SMS message.

D·engage also allows brands to now track the performance of their links within SMS messages. Brands can track aggregate clicks and view reporting through D·engage’s reporting dashboards to see how messages and campaigns are performing.

Furthermore, marketers can use SMS clicks as an Engagement Split when creating multi-step campaigns.

Interactive Segments New Filters

New filters have been added to Interactive Segments: Campaign and Event Filters.

Campaign Filter

Use the Campaign Filter to segment your audience based on their engagement or lack of engagement with your previously sent campaigns.

Event Filter

Use the Event Filter to segment your audience based on their engagement or lack of engagement with your website or mobile app.

This feature will automatically be available to our customers using the D·engage web and mobile SDK to collect events
