Campaign Nodes


You can double click the node to configuration options.


Static Nodes

These nodes come through with predefined when opening the new canvas.

  1. Audience:  This node's configuration is mandatory. You can choose the target of the campaign audience with this node. A segment or a table can selectable as the target audience. 
  2. Schedule:  A campaign can start when it saved as active. This is the default start time of the campaign. Or you can set the start time as to a future time.

Send Nodes

These nodes are used to optional.

  1. Email :  This node is used to send an email content to the target audience.
  2. Sms   :  This node is used to send an sms content to the target audience.
  3. Push  :  This node is used to send a push content to the target audience.
  4. Custom Message  :  This node is used to send a custom message content to the target audience.
  5. Export  :  This node is used to export the target audience to remote target which defined on your account.


Collecting events (delivery, open, click, etc..) of sends may take some time. that's why all 'send nodes' comes with 'wait node'.

This node is used to send a custom message content to the target audience.

This node is used to export the target audience to remote target which defined on your account.


Action Nodes

Action nodes are used to forward campaign process.

  1. Engagement Split  :  This node should be used after a "send node”. It splits the target audience by reaction (delivery, open, click, etc..) of "send" used before. You can combine this node with different nodes for the recipients, who showed the defined reaction and who did not.
  2. Random Split  :  This node is used to split the target audience randomly by according to selected ratio.
  3. Desicion Split  :  This node is used to split the target audience by according to created criteria. Recipients who fulfill the defined criteria will continue through green dot and the ones who do not fulfill will continue through red dot.
  4. Wait  :  Any recipient who enters this node will wait for the stated minute, hour or day before moving to the next node.  
  5. Join  :  This node is used to merge the target audience with more than one branch.
  6. Finish  :  This node is used to be finished a node. There are three finish types; SuccessIgnoreFailure.
    1. Success:  This branch has been finished succesfully for included recipients.
    2. Ignore:  
    3. Failure:  This branch has been finished failurely.
