Can I create my own email template?

Yes, you can create your personalized email templates for the users. To create a template:
  1. Go to the content tab and click email content.
  2. Select add new email content.
  3. Choose from the three options which include rich text editor, code editor ( where you can write custom HTML code ), and also drag & drop editor to create email content using pre-defined blocks.
