Creating Onsite Content

The Onsite Content feature is a powerful tool within the platform that allows users to display personalized marketing content directly on their website. This content can include banners, pop-ups, and other interactive elements aimed at improving user engagement and driving conversions.

How to Access

  1. Access Onsite Content:
    • Go to Content > Marketing > Onsite.
  2. Create New Onsite Content:
    • Click the New button in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Content Type:
    • After clicking New, select from the two options:
      1. Visual Editor: Choose this option to create pop-ups, banners, and more using a variety of templates, including layouts for subscriptions, feedback forms, and surveys.
      2. HTML Editor: Choose this option if you prefer to design the layout from scratch using custom HTML code.

Visual Editor

The Visual Editor offers a wide range of templates to help you create onsite content quickly and easily. Whether you're looking to design pop-ups, banners, or inline content, you can choose from various pre-built templates tailored for different marketing needs.

When users click on Visual Editor, they will be directed to a page with two tabs:

  1. Template Gallery:
    • This tab showcases a wide range of different templates, allowing users to browse and select the one that best fits their needs for creating pop-ups, banners, and other onsite content.
  2. Saved Templates:
    • In this tab, users can view their previously created templates along with the names of their creators. Users can filter the displayed templates by selecting either:
      • All: To see all saved templates.
      • Created by Me: To view only the templates they have personally created.

HTML Editor

The HTML Editor allows you to design and customize layouts that align with your brand's unique style using code. This section offers full control over the layout and design elements, enabling you to tailor each aspect to fit your specific brand identity.
