Push Preview and Testing

Once you’ve created your push notification content, it’s essential to verify that it appears and functions as expected before sending it out.

Steps to Test Push Notification:

  1. Click the Test Button:
On the content screen, click the Test button located at the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose Test Audience:
In the pop-up window, select the audience for your test.
  3. Preview & Test:
After selecting your test audience, click the Preview & Test button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  4. View Notification:
You will then see how your push notification will appear in different scenarios:
    • For iOS and Android: Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners
    • For WEB: WINDOWS, MACOS and Android
  5. Send Test Push:
If you want to test the notification delivery, click the Send Test Push button. This will send the test notification to the selected audience, allowing you to confirm how the notification performs and looks on actual devices.

This process ensures that your push notification is accurately displayed and functions correctly before the final send.
