Email Preview and Testing

Once you have prepared your email content, you can utilize the Preview & Test section, which consists of three main areas:

Preview

This area allows you to see how your email will appear to recipients before sending it.

Spam Score

The Spam Score feature includes a Spam Checker that scans your email content for words and phrases that may trigger spam filters. By pinpointing these potential red flags, it helps ensure that your emails reach your recipients' inboxes rather than being misclassified as spam.

The spam score evaluates the likelihood of your email being flagged as spam, with a scale ranging from 0 to 5. Below are the points and their descriptions:

  • -1.0: Passed through trusted hosts only via SMTP.
    • 1.8: BODY: HTML: images with 400-800 bytes of words.
    • 0.0: BODY: HTML included in the message.
    • 0.0: No description available.
    • 0.0: Message-Id was added by a relay.

Send Test

This option allows you to send a test email to a predefined audience or to specific email addresses that you can type in. This is a crucial step to ensure that your email displays correctly and functions as intended before the final send.
