Editing SMS Content

You can update your content depending on its status. There are two possible scenarios:

  1. Draft Content:
    If your content is in draft status, you can edit it without restrictions. However, if you want to make the content usable, you must first send it for approvalUsers without publish permissions can only edit draft content and must follow the approval process to make it available for use.
  2. Approved Content:
    If your content has been approved, follow these steps to make edits:
    • Open the content you wish to edit.
    • Click on the Edit button located in the upper-left corner of the screen.
    • Once clicked, you can begin editing the approved content.

For users with publish permissions, approved content can be directly edited and published without requiring additional approval.
