Editing Email Content

You can update your content depending on its status. There are two possible scenarios:

  1. Draft Content:
    If your content is in draft status, you can directly edit it without restrictions.
  2. Approved Content:
    If your content has been approved, follow these steps to make edits:
    • Open the content you wish to edit.
    • Click on the Edit button located in the upper-left corner of the screen.
    • Once clicked, you can begin editing the approved content.

Creating a new version of an email content

To edit content, click on the desired email content from the listing page. This action will redirect you to the content editing page. Here, you can either create a new version by copying and modifying the existing content or start with a blank email template.

After completing your edits, remember to save your changes as a draft. Keep in mind that only when you publish will the changes replace the current content in production.

Publish

Just saving a draft will not replace the existing content. You need to publish the new content in order to update the existing content with the changes you've made.
