SMS Unsubscribers Filter to Interactive Segment
The SMS Unsubscribers Filter feature allows you to exclude users who have unsubscribed from SMS messages when creating audience segments. This ensures that your SMS contents are only sent to those who are still opted in to receive messages.
Accessing the SMS Unsubscribers Filter
- Navigate to Audience >Segments > Create Interactive Segment.
- Define your audience criteria.
- Add the SMS Unsubscribers filter from the available options.
- Complete the segment creation by saving and applying the filter.
How It Works
