Automated Flows History

The Automated Flows History section provides a comprehensive history of automated flows, enabling users to track the execution and scheduling of these flows. This feature ensures easy access to past and upcoming flow runtimes for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.

Upon accessing the Automated Flows History tab, the system displays the following columns:

  • Flow Name: The name of the automated flow.
  • Status: The current status of the flow (either Active or Passive).
  • Last Runtime: The most recent execution time of the flow.
  • Next Runtime: The scheduled time for the next execution of the flow.

How to Use

Viewing Automated Flows History

  1. Navigate to Data Space > Logs > Automated Flows History.
  2. The system will display a table with the columns mentioned above, listing the history of automated flows.

Viewing Detailed History of a Flow

  1. Click on any Flow Name in the table.
  2. The system will open a detailed view of the selected automated flow’s history, displaying:
    • Job Version: Shows the current version of the flow.
    • Date Range: Allows selecting a specific date range to retrieve historical data for the flow.
  3. After selecting the desired date range, click on the Report button to generate a report for the specified period.

Sorting Automated Flows History

  1. Locate the column you wish to sort (e.g., Flow NameStatusLast Runtime, or Next Runtime).
  2. Click on the column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

By leveraging these features, users can effectively monitor, sort, and analyze the history of automated flows.
