Time Optimization and Channel Optimization

Time Optimization:

Time optimization refers analyzing past sends data, it calculates which time of the day the  person is most likely to be reached. Accordingly, you can select times of the day. For example when you choose morning or midday and set campaign at 14:00, midday users will get the first email/mobile push/web push/SMS. After the campaign running time(14:00), at the first morning, other users will get email/mobile push/web push/SMS
Let's see how you can change the time. 

Navigate to Settings ->Channel and Time Optimization. Here you can change the time as shown in the figure below. 



Note: This node can be used for one-time campaigns only

Channel Optimization:

Channel optimization refers analyzing past sends and open/click data, it calculates which channel the person is most likely to be reached. Accordingly, it selects the channel to be transmitted.


Default channel for users which we don't have past data.
